Wanamaker Ballroom
This enchanting space features whimsical bird’s nest-inspired chandeliers and a custom-designed carpet adorned with an oak leaf motif, reflecting the resort’s natural beauty. The warm wood-paneled walls create an inviting, organic ambiance, while the soaring ceiling height evokes the boundless Texas sky. The Wanamaker Ballroom, spanning 11,644 square feet, can accommodate 660 guests for a distinctive seated event or 791 for an imaginative reception. The ballroom seamlessly extends to a generous adjacent foyer and an outdoor patio, which connects directly to the event lawn, offering breathtaking views of the nearby golf course.

Omni PGA Frisco Resort & Spa offers beautiful settings with sweeping views of the pristine landscape and golf course. From the elegant grand ballrooms to the modern rustic design of the Pavilion there is a seamless integration adjoining the indoor-outdoor settings, creating an atmosphere that is perfect for relaxed receptions all year round.
In addition to creating your ideal wedding reception, our experienced team can also provide assistance with ceremony space, audiovisual packages, staging, dance floors and more. Pricing may vary. Your dedicated Catering Sales Manager can also recommend special event professionals to assist with your event and act as your onsite liaison between your wedding planner and the hotel operations associates.
A minimum initial deposit of 25% of the estimated charges is required to secure your wedding date and venue.
With a signed guest room block contract, you will receive a dedicated group link for your guests and instructions for guests that wish to call in to reserve their room.
The deposits are calculated based on the total estimated revenue of your event to include the wedding package and food & beverage minimum plus service charge and taxes. An initial deposit is due upon contract signature, additional deposits are tiered.
We do not allow outside food or beverage to be brought in from the outside unless it is a cuisine that is requested for religious reasons. Applicable outside catering fees apply. Please reach out to the Catering Department for additional information.
At the time of your RFP, you will have the option to note if room block accommodations will be needed for your wedding guests.
