Inspired by the natural mineral springs first utilized by local Native Americans, the Springs Eternal Spa is a mecca of wellness. Soothe yourself with local botanicals, massage and beauty treatments, or unwind in the spa garden. 

Reservations are recommended between six and eight weeks in advance.

Cozy up near one of our relaxing fire pits. Enjoy a cocktailk, make s'mores and memories. Available to all resort guests. Fire lit nightly at dusk, weather permitting. 

Enjoy a friendly game of tennis on our full-size tennis court at Omni Bedford Springs Resort & Spa. Rentals available at our Tally Ho Outfitters.

Take a dip in the peaceful waters of our two resort-style pools. No matter what you prefer, heated indoor pool or outdoor pool, we have both to satisfy your swimming needs. Cabanas are available for rent at the outdoor pool during season. 

Indoor Pool Hours : 5:00 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. daily

Outdoor Pool Hours : 8 AM - Dusk Daily from Memorial Day through Labor Day
