Three Maries – Lobby Bar

An ode to three European royals, Three Marie's blends regal charm with romantic intrigue. Inspired by conservatories and stained glass, the space features warm golds, soft whites, and elegant grays—creating a refined, timeless setting perfect for an aperitif, afternoon retreat, or intimate gathering.

Les Esprits – Music Lounge

Fifi Parée – Coffee Shop

Charming and full of story, Fifi Parée is named for the first cat to fly across the English Channel. Styled as a Parisian flower shop, the café features lush green tones, a hand-painted mural of New Orleans flora, marble floors, and vintage touches evoking a hidden Left Bank gem.

La Riviera – Rooftop & Pool Bar

Reviving its original name, La Riviera returns as a glamorous French coastal escape. Inspired by vintage postcards, the rooftop features bold stripes, terracotta pavers, expanded lounge seating, and a more intimate pool. With panoramic views, custom cabanas, and a VIP dining deck, it’s perfect for elevated gatherings under the stars.

Rib Room

With a renewed sense of Parisian heritage, the Rib Room reemerges refreshed yet rooted in its storied tradition of excellence. Since 1961, this New Orleans icon has been celebrated for timeless service and classic cuisine.
